Not much discussion here, I just thought it was interesting. Shelly will appreciate it. Raised a lot of questions. I Googled and found nothing. Made me wonder what kind of impact Louis had on someone 70+ years ago to do this to their car. I can't be sure, cause I didn't see the driver, but I'm guessing the driver wasn't born when Louis passed on. I didn't get a picture of it but the entire back row was covered with those ribbons. Huh....
